UPDATE: EU rolls over blacklist of Russians till September 15

BRUSSELS, Mar 10 (PRIME) -- The E.U. has rolled over sanctions against Russian and Ukrainian officials and organizations over the Ukrainian conflict until September 15, according to a statement of the European Council published on Thursday.
The blacklist contains travel restrictions and asset arrests of 146 Russians and Ukrainians and 37 firms believed to have participated in the events in Crimea and the east of Ukraine. This set of sanctions was firstly imposed on March 17, 2014.
Three people who are dead by now have been removed from the list, according to the document.
The economic sanctions against Russia are regulated by a separate order, the current one is in force until July 31, 2016. A special order on sanctions against Crimea lasts till June 23.
